SMACKINGTON ACADEMY

In Smackington Academy, you take on the role of a newly appointed principal trying to revive a private school on the brink of collapse. Set in a classic RPG style with tile-based movement and NPC interactions, your mission is to discipline three main students through corporal punishment, each with their own story arcs and challenges. By navigating through school areas, solving mini-quests, and unlocking new features, you’ll gain the trust of parents to secure funding and restore the school’s former glory—all while managing your authority and timing.

PRINCIPAL Stonehand

No one is quite sure how our main character landed the job as the new Principal of Smackington Academy. Many say it was a mix of coincidences and sheer luck. The truth is, while Stonehand might be unprepared for such an important position, his enthusiasm and passion more than make up for it (or so he believes).

An avid defender of corporal punishment in the education system, Stonehand is determined to convince the school board that spanking is the one and only way to guide students back onto the right path and restore Smackington Academy to its former glory.

In his mission, he’ll need to earn the trust of the teachers and staff while facing the constant opposition of Mrs. Banebridge, the board president, who has little faith in either his methods or his ability to lead the school.

Meet the GIRLS

Riley Walker

Riley Walker is an extroverted and enthusiastic athlete with vibrant red hair and green eyes. She stands out as the tallest of the three main girls at Smackington Academy, always dressed in colorful, sporty outfits. While her energetic and outgoing personality makes her a school spirit leader, Riley struggles with academics, especially science. Throughout her arc, she learns to balance her love for sports with the more serious side of school life, gradually taking on her academic responsibilities with the principal’s guidance.

Amber Fairchild

Amber Fairchild is a shy, well-mannered student at Smackington Academy, known for her long dark hair, blue eyes, glasses, and nerdy attire. As the smallest of the three main girls, she excels academically but struggles with confidence, especially when it comes to social interactions and performing in public. Throughout the game, Amber’s arc revolves around building her courage, particularly in preparation for a school play, as she learns to face her fears with the guidance of the principal.

 

Madison Knight

Madison “Mad” Knight is the rebellious punk girl at Smackington Academy, with messy, dyed hair that often changes color and a tough, tomboyish attitude. Known for her defiance, piercings, and confrontational style, Madison frequently clashes with authority and channels her creativity into delinquent acts like graffiti. Throughout the game, her arc focuses on redirecting her rebellious streak into constructive art, helping her realize her potential in a more positive light, under the principal’s firm but guiding influence.

 

About the Game


Time-Based Gameplay

The game operates on a daily schedule from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Players must carefully track the time to catch students committing punishable offenses at specific moments. Clues and timing play a vital role in determining where you need to be to maintain discipline, adding urgency to your choices throughout the day.


Spanking Mechanics

The game features interactive spanking mechanics where players can choose between light, medium, and hard slaps, each affecting the stamina and pain bars. Players can unlock additional skills through mini-games, like power slaps and rapid-fire spanking sequences, to increase the challenge and depth of the mechanics.


Authority Level & Influence

Your actions affect your authority level, which determines your control over the school and interactions with NPCs. As your authority increases, you unlock new abilities and access to restricted areas. Players must balance maintaining their authority while ensuring discipline is effectively implemented.


Spanking States & Feedback

As the game progresses, the girls will move through various states of discomfort—Relaxed, Sore, Stinging, and Burning—based on the intensity of the spanking. Players receive feedback through on-screen graphics and changing facial expressions of the characters, giving visual cues on their performance.


Special Spanking Abilities

Throughout the game, players unlock special spanking abilities, such as Speed Spank, Power Spank, and Squeeze Spank, each taught by a specific NPC. These abilities can be activated using stars earned during gameplay, with the game offering dynamic camera angles for added visual variety during these moves.


Potions & Collectibles

Players can collect various potions and items hidden throughout the map that influence gameplay, such as Strength Potions for more powerful slaps and Stamina Potions to prolong the scene. Hidden items like the Founder’s Diaries provide additional tips and bonuses to enhance the player’s skills.


End-Game Grade

At the end of each spanking sequence, players are graded based on how red the character’s butt becomes, the stamina management, and authority levels. These factors impact the game’s overall progression and determine how successful you’ve been in maintaining order at the school.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the game be released?
The release date for now is ‘at some point during 2025’. Since this is a side project that I work on only when I’m not focusing on my comics and drawings, it’s difficult to set an exact date.

Will the game be available on multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile)?
For now only PC (Windows, Mac and Linux). But I will consider a console version in the future.

Is there a demo or early access version of Smackington Academy?
There will be an open demo at some point in the future. People will be able to check if the game runs properly in their computers and get a sense of how it plays.

Will there be only three spankees?
Yes, that’s something that will not change at any point. The game’s story and structure are built around the spankees, so adding another would mean significantly extending the game. This includes writing a story arc for her, writing all her lines, paying for a music theme and voice acting, making hundreds of drawings, developing new mechanics, etc.

Can you include (X element) in the game?
Since I’m handling almost every aspect of Smackington Academy’s development myself, adding new features is extremely challenging and requires a lot of work, which can slow progress and delay the release date. I have plenty of ideas that I would love to include, but I need to be realistic about what’s achievable. A small, finished, game is better than a large one that takes 10 years to complete.

Will there be updates or DLC after the game launches?
Unfortunately, I don’t know if that kind of content is even possible to make on this program. However, depending on how well the game does, I’m considering a ‘deluxe’ version with more girls and additional features.

Will the game have voice acting or just text dialogue?
There is voice acting for the main character and the spankees.

What inspired the creation of Smackington Academy? 
The lack of a proper spanking video game when I first had the idea. There were some spanko references in games and “spanking simulators” but no challenging video game focused on spanking, where players could learn skills and uncover secrets—like a real videogame should be!

How did you come up with the idea for the main characters?
Usually, my characters, whether for games or comics, just come to mind and start shaping themselves. For Smackington Academy, I just knew I wanted girls with very distinct personalities and a main character who is energetic and humorous. Riley, Madison, and Amber are extremely different from each other, so players will be able to pick their favorites.

How long has the game been in development
I had the idea way back in 2005 – 2006, but at that time, I didn’t have the artistic skills or tools to create a proper game. I tried many different game makers and I made several (failed) prototypes before Smackington Academy began to take shape. Now, I’m finally confident I’m creating a good spanko game.
